ImOn has three walk-in customer care offices available. One is located in downtown Cedar Rapids, one in downtown Iowa City, and the other is on main street in Dubuque. ImOn Representatives can help you with account payments, equipment pickup/drop off, make changes to your services, schedule service calls, and answer any questions you may have.
