ImOn Communications Welcomes Lisa Gaspar Thompson to Senior Management Team

ImOn Communications is proud to announce Lisa M. Gaspar Thompson has joined the company’s leadership team as Vice President of Business Transformation, where she is responsible for driving business and technology innovations.

Ms. Gaspar Thompson is excited to serve as transformation champion and to define optimization strategies, translate strategies into executable plans, and facilitate the delivery of change required to meet ImOn’s corporate growth plans.

Ms. Gaspar Thompson brings over 25 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary, global information technology practices to this role. Prior to joining ImOn Communications, she worked with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 corporations, and most recently was founder and managing principal of a transformation consultancy business.  She has a passion for continuous improvement and works to enhance team performance and value delivered.  

She received her Bachelor of Science in Management from Iowa State University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, graduating with distinction.
