Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Report
In 2023, we identified the ESG priorities most important to our business success, reflecting the topics of highest priority to us and to our stakeholders. This prioritization guides our ESG efforts as we evolve our sustainability strategy and disclosure priorities. We identified 12 material issues, which we address in this report:
ImOn Communications has measurable ESG targets and monitoring strategies that are tracked internally. A few examples are below:
- Environmental:
- Target: Achieve a 42% reduction from our 2022 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions baseline by 2030 to reach a Science-Based Target (SBT).
- Monitoring Strategy: Regularly measure and report emissions, conduct annual carbon footprint assessments, and implement strategies such as transitioning to renewable energy sources and improving energy efficiency.
- Social:
- Target: Maintain an Employee Engagement Score of 76% or higher by the end of the next fiscal year.
- Monitoring Strategy: We strive to ensure that our employees feel satisfied and supported at work, and we monitor employee engagement through our annual employee survey where we capture the Employee Engagement Score (Net Promoter Score). We also monitor through monthly all-company meetings, team meetings, and skip-levels meetings.
- Governance:
- Target: Achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher by the end of 2024.
- Monitoring Strategy: We monitor customer satisfaction through regular customer surveys, KPIs, and Net Promotor Score (NPS).
